How do i style my hair like this? [picture included]?

i dont know how that person did it but i found a way for myself to achieve that look. what i did was i took a shower and when i got out i had to towel dry it but i didnt dry it too much. then i twisted my hair into sections. i took a 2 inch strand and seperated it into 2 and twisted them around each other like a rope would look like. i did that until my whole entire head of hair was in twists. i didnt do braids because it looks a little bit different. but if you like the way it looks with braids, then you can do that. okay anyways, then if you wanna dry it quickly, blowdry it. if not just let it air dry. i never sleep with it because since i roll around alot, my hair will bend and leave a bent mark when i take out the twist. lol oh and i left out my side bangs so i could style that last. okay so when i take out the twists, i then take some scrunching gel and scrunch a little bit just so i could make it more shinier and not as frizzy and also it helps make it more wavy and scrunchy

wash your hair and don't brush it put extra hold mouse and crunch it and let it dry
