take the amount of "bangs" that you want and angle the scissors so that theyre diagonal and cut. Or u can always print out the picture and take it to the barber shop with you,.

It won't look good with longer hair. You can take it to the salon.
I think you would have to have a pro do that but if you don't want that just use scissors and layer your bangs puting them uneven i think it would look just fine with long hair you should do it

First things first, her hair is naturally wavy. You can easily tell by the bottom of her strands. They do not krimp, where if they were in braids the night before, the band would make a krimp in the ends and the flow of the wave would be inconsistant.
If you have stick staight hair get a waving iron. but follow these instructions below to get your hair frizz free, shiny and tame.
Well, I'll tell you how I get my hair like that. I have naturally cirly/wavy hair, which is naturally frizzy and dry. So, when I shampoo, I only do the scalp where the natural oils build up. There is no need to shampoo below that because the oils don't get to that part of the hair unless you don't wash it for like 2 weeks straight! Lather, rinse, repeat, to ensure you get out all buildup. After shampooing, I condition only at the nape of the neck and below, this is the older and drier hair, where conditioning is more necessary, you do not need to condition the scalp area because you body has natural oils and will 'condition' that part itself. Only rinse out most of the conditioner, not all. It helps to keep hair from drying out. I dye my hair, but I have no split ends from how well I take care of it. Plus by using your product this way, you use less product, making it last longer!
I use Panteen Pro-V. People claim it has wax which is why your hiar is shiny and that dries it out, but these rumors are false. My hair dresser says I have incredibly healthy hair for curly dyed hair. The shampoo is in the clear bottle with the clear shampoo, it is the daily clarifying kind and gets my hair reall clean and gives it a lot of body. The conditioner I use is the Deep Hydrating and Restoratives in the upsidedown bottle that tapers at the top and the cap is at the bottom. This is a thicker, more moisturized conditioner, it is almost like the kind you get when you dye your hair. I leave it in for about 5 minutes before rinsing. Once mostly rinsed out, not all, I keep the water in, then grab my pump spray, non aerosol Frizz-Ease Step 4 Dream Curls Curl Perfecter product and spray it in my hair all over, then work it through the same way like lathering the shampoo to ensure it gets to every strand, then I gently squeeze out the excess water and wrap my hair in a towell to soak up what I could not squeeze out, then let my hair air dry. The Frizz-Ease product is non-sticky when wet, and does not make my hair dry and krispy when dry. It tames the frizz and keeps my curls intact, and super silky and shiny.
Never brush your hair when it is wet because it is weaker, more likely to unnaturally streach, thinning it, and break. Always brush you hair before you shower, plus it gets rid of the loose strands, thus no cloging the drain! When your hair is damp, after being in the towell, use a largely gapped tooth comb just to get the hair somewhat seppareted, but don't comb through too much. Then, bend over and scrunch the hair a little to put back the body that was combed out. Let your hair dry over night. You should have georgeoud locks in the morning!!! If using a flat iron to straighten you hair, do not put in any product, because it will make the hair stiff and less shiny. Use your paddle brush to remove any tangles, then use a natural bristle brush ans you run your hair through the iron to keep the ends from krinkling when being flattened. I do not use a ceramic iron because it does not straighten my hair as well, and I have to make 4 or 5 passes before it is straight, exposing my hair to more heat than I do using my Hot Tools 1 1/2 inch wide, 10 heat setting flat iron, I pass my hair through once mostly sometimes 2x if I have lots of hiar going through, and it is stick straight. If someone meets me for the first time with my hair straight, then sees me when it is natural, the think I got a perm!

what i used to do to get my hair like that is i braided all my hair in little braids before i went to bed and i did it with wet hair. then in the morning i took the braids out (don't comb!!!!!) and voila!
Looks to me like she layered it and had a body wave put in it.I like it.

You either buy a hair rolling iron. It is something like a hairdryer but it has a long cyinder end where you are to curl yur hair (when it is wet) around it and heat it so it stays in place.
There is another more old fashioned way where you buy loads of hair rollers (cylinders) and you fix it to yur hair and it heats up making yur hair staying in its curled position.
Or I've watched this program where you get foil and shape it to a cylinder yur hair must be wet and curl yur hair around the foil and leave it and later remove the foil to reveal smashing curls that can be done in hair salons.

Multiple braids will do the trick. Don't make them too small though or it won't be merely waving like hers, it will be kinky-tight waves. So long as you do not brush them out, the hair will keep the wave.
my friend wears her hair like that sometimes. She usually wraps her hair around the outside of the curling iron and hold it for about 20 seconds. The whole technique is to wrap your hair around the outside instead of the normal way. Try it and see if it works.

Her hair is naturally straight. That's why there is no frizz.
She curled her hair all around with a 2" curling iron. Ran her fingers through it, %26amp; hair sprayed it.
An easier way, is before bedtime, wash your hair, when its damp (not dripping wet), twist your hair into a tight high bun on top of your head.
When u wakeup, undo the bun, %26amp; voila great waves that last all day with no hair product.

I've done this before when my hair was longer.
When it's wet take small sections, 1-2" in width and twist up to the scalp, pin in place, let them dry, spray, and seperate them. Curling irons usually give more of a rounded look, these waves she has are not round but more angled, like the kind you get from twisting the hair. Braiding will also give this effect and it's much quicker, so try the two out and see what you think.
its either natural or she had it professionaly done or she might just sleep with curlers in its not that hard to do

I've been absolutely begging my mom to let me cut my hair, and I finally have an appointment for Wednesday. Anyways, I want to get side bangs, maybe like up to my cheek bones or chin. Anyways, I do NOT like my hair dresser because she can't do any haircut without a picture, but I don't have a choice, my mom made the appointment, not me. So what celebrities have nice side bangs that I could show my hair dresser? Anybody have a link to a picture I could use? Oh, and I'm not sure if it matters, but I have brown straight hair that comes to about my chest, I wear it in a side part, and I have a slightly large forehead. TIA!
My suggestion would be to go to, for example, Yahoo! %26amp; search in the images for side swept bangs. When I looked %26amp; saw the results I thought it might have what you are looking for. You could also try Google %26amp; any other search engines, you may find lots of different examples %26amp; maybe even something you like best. Good luck, I think side swept bangs are very pretty! :o)

With a 1 1/2 in curling iron, curl your hair away from you in sections holding the curling iron vertical. When you release the hair, take the section curled and roll it back as if using a roller and pin it to your head. let the hair cool for about 5 minutes and spray with a holding spray while it's still pinned to your head. Hairspray can sometimes weigh your hair down, so it's a good idea to spray the sections and brush the hairspray through before you curl them.
the large ringlets will fall a little after you release them from the pin curls, giving you the look you're looking for.
get individual fusion extensions. there pricey but worth it for what you want.
