i want to change my hairstyle, but not cut it completetly off you know?

i want to put layers in it. and keep its straight.

i don't know how to explain what i want to the hairdresser tso can you please show some pictures of layered hair that looks nice?

i have really dark brown hair that goes 3/4 down my back and i'm looking for a nice sexy hairstyle that will look nice without cutting all my hair off.
