Dark brown hair to really light brown?

I have naturally medium brown hair, but I have dark brown hair right now. These are pictures of my hair:

I want to dye it a light brown, like these colors-

probably a little darker than this one:

and something like the color of the girl on the right, but without highlights:

If I use L'Oreal Technique Excellence HiColor for Dark Hair Only, will that work? I got Sandstone color. It said it should lift the color like 3 shades. I bought the "no red" little packet things, since I have red undertones. I'm trying to avoid bleaching it. If you used a product that worked really well, let me know. I don't want a brassy color.

Well, i actually ded my hair about 3 minutes ago.. lol, funny... well if you use two boxes of the hair dye then you should be fine.. but i still think that you should gradually dye your hair lighter as time goes by... like mine was black, now i dyed it to dark brown.. and next week i am dying it to medium brown.. you get my drift??

i think you have a lovely natural hair colours and it is very unique - u will not be a ble to find a exact mathching dye - it is the smae colour as my hair as i don't dy em y hair i think that the hair colour you like is nice however from the sight of your neck in the picture yo look to pale to have this as i think this type of colour looks better with a tan however why not try a new hair cut to suit your face as well as you hair colour people who dy ehtere hair regulalry will love your natural hair colour and will b quite jealous - i think it is a plu s lol hope u make the right decision - plz dont reuin your hair it is beautiful
