I don't know how to describe it to a hairdresser. But, if I were you, I would just print that picture and SHOW it to the hairdresser. That way you don't describe one thing and she pictures something else.

ah ha thats SICK. my hairs kinda like that sort of? i died it black underneath, but my tops all blonde. i asked my stylist to do just that. which probably doesn't help you much. but yeah bring in the picture and just tell her to flip flop it. its gonna look radddd.
